Age Verification and Weapons Policy
The Age & Arms Policy
Who may pass the gate, and what may not be sent
Last sealed 3 August 2026
1. The age requirement
No person under the age of eighteen (18) may purchase, or attempt to purchase, any item from this Site. Where the law of your jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age for edged weapons or any specific item, that higher age applies to you.
By placing an order you affirm under penalty of perjury that you are of the required age, that the payment method used is lawfully yours, and that the shipping address is not that of a minor recipient.
The House operates an age gate at entry and reserves the right to require verification of age by government-issued photographic identification before releasing any order. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded in full.
2. Adult signature on delivery
Where required by law or by our own policy, shipments are dispatched with an adult signature requirement. A person aged 18 or over must be present to receive the parcel. Parcels may not be left unattended where that requirement applies.
If delivery cannot be completed because no qualifying adult was available, the parcel may be returned to the supplier. Redelivery or return charges may apply.
3. Prohibited recipients
You may not order any item if you are: under the required age; a convicted felon where possession is prohibited; subject to a restraining, protective, or no-contact order; prohibited by any court order or condition of probation or parole; or otherwise barred by law from possessing edged weapons.
You may not purchase on behalf of, or for delivery to, any person described above. Doing so may constitute a straw purchase and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Jurisdictional restrictions
Laws governing edged weapons vary widely. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit automatic-opening knives, gravity knives, balisongs, ballistic knives, disguised blades, push daggers, blades over a stated length, swords, and throwing implements.
It is your sole responsibility to confirm that any item you order is lawful to receive and possess at your delivery address before you place the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, or to decline shipment to any address, where we believe in good faith that delivery would be unlawful. Refused orders are refunded.
Where an order is seized, refused, or destroyed by a carrier, customs authority, or law-enforcement agency because the item is unlawful at the destination, the House is not liable and no refund of shipping is due.
5. International orders
International buyers are the importer of record and are solely responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with import law. Many countries prohibit the import of edged weapons entirely. We may decline any international order.
6. Intended use
Items are sold for lawful collecting, display, historical study, sport, outdoor and field use, and other lawful purpose. Nothing sold here is sold for the purpose of harming any person.
We cooperate fully with lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies and will report any order we believe in good faith to be connected to a threat of violence.
7. Enforcement
Any misrepresentation of age, identity, or eligibility is a material breach of the Terms of the House and voids the sale. The House may cancel the order, refuse future service, retain evidence of the attempt, and refer the matter to the authorities.
