The Keeping of Names

Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number where provided, order contents, and any message you send us.

Information from your use of the Site: pages visited, items viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction with Site features.

Saved progress: if you sign in, your March roll, lineage, sworn vow, and marks are stored against your account so they survive a change of device.

Age and identity verification: where verification is required, an identity provider processes your document and returns to us only a pass or fail result and the minimum data needed to record that check. We do not receive or store your document images.

Payment data: entered directly with our payment processor. We receive only a confirmation, the last digits of the card, and the billing details needed to fulfil and account for your order. We never see or store your full card number.

To process, fulfil, and deliver orders; to verify age and eligibility; to prevent fraud and unlawful purchase; to provide customer service and shipment tracking; to maintain your account and saved progress; to comply with legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations; and, where you have consented, to send occasional news of the House.

Our payment processor; our fulfilment suppliers and their carriers, who receive only what is needed to ship to you; our identity-verification provider; our hosting and database providers; and, where legally compelled, law enforcement or a court.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Order and verification records are kept for as long as required by tax, accounting, and regulatory law, and no longer than necessary thereafter. Account and saved-progress data are kept until you delete your account or ask us to erase them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR.

The Site uses strictly necessary storage to keep your session, your vow, your gate status, and your saved progress. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Your browser can be set to refuse storage, but parts of the Site will then not function.

The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
