Terms of Service

The Terms of the House

The agreement between you and this house

Last sealed 3 August 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of warbornblades.com and any related services, content, and purchases (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Warborn Blades ("we", "us", "our", the "House").

By accessing the Site, browsing the catalog, creating an account, playing The March, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Age & Weapons Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, the Returns Policy, and the Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk. If you do not agree, you must leave the Site and not place an order.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase any item from this Site. Certain items may require you to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age depending on the law of your jurisdiction, and we will apply the higher of the two where applicable.

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age, that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess edged weapons and related goods in your jurisdiction, and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any court order, condition of release, protective order, immigration status, or federal, state, provincial, or local law.

We reserve the right to require government-issued photographic identification and age verification before releasing any order, and to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any lawful reason, including suspected misrepresentation of age or identity.

3. Orders, pricing, and acceptance

All listings are an invitation to treat and not a binding offer. No contract of sale is formed until we accept your order and it is dispatched.

Prices are shown in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of shipping, duties, and any applicable taxes unless expressly stated at checkout.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing, availability, specifications, and imagery. Errors occur. Where an item is listed at a materially incorrect price or has been mis-described, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not payment has already been taken.

Descriptions, measurements, steel types, and finishes are provided in good faith and may vary between production runs. Photographs are representative; individual pieces may differ in grain, patina, handle figuring, and finish.

Payment is processed by our merchant bank and its licensed payment gateway. Card details are sealed in your own browser by the gateway and are never stored on our systems. Your use of checkout is additionally subject to the payment provider's own terms.

4. Fulfilment by supplier

Orders are fulfilled directly by our licensed suppliers and shipped to you from their facilities. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, subject to any non-waivable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Availability is subject to supplier stock. Where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and refund that line in full.

5. Lawful use and your responsibility

The items sold here are functional cutting instruments and weapons. You agree that you are purchasing them for lawful purposes only: collecting, display, historical study, sport, outdoor and field use, or other lawful activity permitted where you live.

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws applicable to you regarding the purchase, ownership, possession, carry, transport, import, and use of the items you order. Laws differ enormously by country, state, province, county, and city. We do not and cannot advise you on the law of your jurisdiction.

You agree not to resell, transfer, or gift any item purchased here to any person who is a minor or who is prohibited from possessing it.

6. Accounts, saved progress, and The March

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at robin@warbornblades.com of any unauthorised use.

The March is a free interactive feature provided for entertainment. It involves no wagering, no purchase of chance, and no real-money prizes. Saved progress, rolls, lineage, and marks are provided on an as-is basis. We may modify, reset, or discontinue The March or any part of it at any time without liability.

Discount codes, boons, and mercies granted through Site features are promotional, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, may be limited to one per order, and may be withdrawn or altered at any time.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; misrepresent your age, identity, or jurisdiction; scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download Site content, imagery, or data; reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; resell access to the Site; or use the Site to facilitate any violent, threatening, or criminal act.

8. Intellectual property

All Site content — including the written work, naming, room structure, interface design, imagery treatment, The March and its systems, and all associated marks — is owned by or licensed to the House and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other right is granted.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL GOODS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any item is fit for any particular use, including self-defence.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where such law applies, the exclusions above apply only to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOUSE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR ANY ITEM PURCHASED, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE HOUSE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ITEM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own proven negligence or for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the House, its owners, officers, agents, and suppliers from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, penalty, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of any item purchased; your breach of these Terms or any policy; your violation of any law; or any injury or damage you cause to any person or property.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State in which the House is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in that State.

Any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, except where a longer period is required by non-waivable law.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced within, constitute the entire agreement between you and the House regarding the Site.

14. The Forge Toll

The House retains a flat platform facilitation charge of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of every transaction that is completed through the Site (the "Forge Toll").

The Forge Toll is a private commercial charge retained by the House as ordinary business revenue of the LLC. It is not a tax, duty, levy, tithe, donation, charitable contribution, or governmental assessment of any kind, and no portion of it is remitted to any government or charity by reason of this section.

The Forge Toll is included within the listed price of goods sold by the House and is not added at checkout. Where the House sells consigned or third-party goods, the Forge Toll and any consignment share are deducted from the amounts otherwise payable to the consignor, as set out in the applicable consignment agreement.

This section is the sole and complete statement of the Forge Toll. No other page, notice, or communication of the House modifies it.
