Orders are fulfilled by our licensed suppliers and typically dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment clearing and any required verification completing. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the service and destination. Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delay, weather, and customs are outside our control.

Every order that ships is issued a tracking number. You will receive it by email, and you may follow the parcel at any time on The Runner's Road using your order number and the email address on the order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide. Orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost or refunded less shipping.

We may decline delivery to freight forwarders, and to any address where we believe delivery would be unlawful.

Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan or the last tracking event and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right where the claim allows.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. International duties, import taxes, and brokerage are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid.
