The Dealer’s Gate
Warborn Blades does not hand its trade terms to whoever asks. Carrying this steel is a responsibility before it is a margin: these are real, edged arms, and the house that sells them answers for every hand they reach. We deal only with licensed, documented, lawfully standing businesses — vetted personally by the Founder.
No trade price, no rate and no price sheet is shown, sent or downloadable before a house is sworn in. There is nothing to ask for on this page but the chance to be judged worthy of it.
What the house requires
Five papers, in hand
Every one of these must be sent, legible, in the same legal name. A missing paper is a closed gate — the Founder holds herself to the same standard she asks of you.
01 · A business licence
Current, in the legal name of the house, issued by the authority that governs where you trade.
02 · Articles of organization or incorporation
The founding instrument of the entity, as filed with your state.
03 · A letter of Good Standing
Awarded and sealed by your state, dated within the year.
04 · Your EIN
The federal employer identification number of the entity named above.
05 · Your state sales tax certificate
The certificate that permits you to resell taxable goods in your state.
The proving
You must hold the steel yourself
No house sells what it has never handled. Before a dealership is granted, you buy one piece of Warborn steel at your dealer coin, take it in your own hands, and send back photographic proof of the purchase together with your honest word on it — what you found good, and what you would have us mend. We will not ask of a dealer what the Founder has not already done herself.
The look-into
A background check
Every principal of the applying house consents to a background review before terms are discussed. This trade is serious, it is age-restricted, and it is watched. A house unwilling to be looked into is not a house that carries this steel.
Where the papers go
One desk, one reader
Send all five documents, as attachments, to robin@warbornblades.com with the subject line Dealer Standing — [your house name]. Every dealer inquiry is read by the Founder personally. Nothing at this gate is automated, and no one else answers it. The house may also be reached at 1-800-368-8131.

State your house properly here and your query goes straight to robin@warbornblades.com. Send the five documents by mail to the same desk. No terms are quoted in reply until the papers are read.
