Every other instrument reports what already happened. The Oracle reads all of them at once and says where the next blow lands. It scores each piece, region, and channel as a single cell; it weighs a recovered ghost heavier than a stale mark; it decays old news on a three-week half-life; and when two or more instruments name the same cell it raises the hazard beyond what either could justify alone. That fusion is the invention. One engine is a rumour. Three engines pointing at one cell is a forecast.
