The Long Blades hold the longest steel in the castle: arming swords, longswords, hand-and-a-half swords, rapiers, sabres, and machetes. Each piece is held by a licensed United States dealer and ships from the house's own walls, not a drop-shipper's warehouse.

The most important question when buying a sword is whether it can be swung. A wall hanger has a rat-tail tang welded to a blade; a real sword has a full or partial tang forged as one piece with the steel. Every ware page states the steel, the overall length, and whether the piece is built for cutting or for display — so you know what you are holding before it arrives.

Warborn Blades carries high-carbon and spring-steel blades from established forges, with Damascus pattern-welded steel where the forge warrants it.
